Hi Caroline, The listing for this item has now ended and I’m not sure that you’ll still be able to access the listing details to see the DVDs available from which to select four. I’ve therefore recreated the information on a page on my website that you’ll be ale to access. However, it’s not allowed to send links, email addresses, etc. via eBay messages. The listing included a request to message choices and reminder messages were sent to the buyer one hour, one day and two days after the purchase. At no time did she respond to any of the messages, nor even if she hadn’t received them contact us either by direct message or via the eBay process to advise the item hadn’t been received. (Unsurprising … as it hadn’t been sent, and couldn’t be till she said what she was actually buying.) Instead this negative feedback was left. A full refund of the amount paid was made once a formal case was opened.
